Look into getting your money back. If it was false advertisement of an item, then its possible that you can get some of your money back. Search the ebay site. (if recent transaction)
I spent $200 on an ebay auction for a XXT-CR, with Novak Explorer 2 ESC, 6 good Batts, 10 good tires + wheels, Rival radio, Mega Peak charger, 4 good motors (did test them), extra parts, 3 "crowd pleaser" bodies in good cond., tools and stand. Do you guys think this was a good deal?

I bought a XXX 4 on ebay that was suppose to be in excellent condition......... when I got it... it had a messed up chasse super glued parts and he put super glue on striped screws and to top it off the body had cracks all over the front....... he even sead that it was the Best Of The Best....... LOL........
