As I stated earlier, instead of posting unsubstatiated information and getting nowhere with your above flaming post, why not do the benificial thing and call the US Distributor/Rep??
You completely missed my point above, dealing with Jetcat direct can be difficult but it is a pure pleasure to deal with Jetcat USA. The same goes for Great Northern, they will get your problem resolved faster than you can get tam to repaint that hotspot in Lamborghini colors. I have dealt with both SimJet and Great northern and I can tell you that I have been frustated at times with Denmark but Ed and Kevin have always been strait shooters and got the problem resolved ASAP.
