I noticed a popping sound coming from the Aileron servo while it was on and just sitting there,it's plugged in the right way and you cant plug it in wrong,brown to brown,yellow to yellow and it's a NES-527.I did take both rods loose from it but it still pops,when you move the fine adjustment sometimes it will stop but moving the stick it comes back.
Any help is appreciated
