I took the servo off and apart,everything looks good and even a little silicon in there ,after i reinstalled it,it didn't make any noise until i put the linkage on then it started to chatter again,after doing a lot of checking i thought the linkage was adjusted too short so i lengthened both sides 1/2 turn,then another 1/2,the noise went away but i had to readjust one side another 1/2 turn so the alerons were level,then when i thought everything was good,it starts to chatter but not too long now,a lot better, so i guess it's resetting itself,HOWEREVR i will have somebody else do the final checking.
