Plug selection is highly dependant on the particular engine, fuel and climate you are running at. My OS BGX does not like hot plugs at all. In fact, you really need to run one of the cooler plugs such as a Rossi R8 here in Central Texas during the summer or you're likely to have pre-ignition and over heating problems. The best thing to do is run your engine, which ever it is since none were mentioned in the original post, and compare RPM readings as well as needle sensitivity before choosing the one that YOU feel is the best one.
