I have a Brison 4.2 in a Weeks solution X ,the engine runs very good, the plane flies great!, but every flight something is breaking, the tail struts, tailwheel springs, and most of all, the cowl is breaking apart everywhere. I believe I have the strut and tailwheel spring problem solved, but that cowl is turning into mush. It is the wood cowl, I'm thinking about a fiberglass cowl and soft mounts if it would help. I've been down the balancing road already, prop, spinner are fine, i'm running a Mejlik 24x10 and getting between 6700-6900 Rpm's. Any info would be appreciated.
