Actually.. The reason they dont recommend that you use powered drivers is because of the heat. When a screw goes into plastic for the first time.. its like.. Well the best example I can think of is an 18 year old.. You get the idea..
You dont exactly power through

Theres too much friction and HEAT involved.. the heat can melt the plastic and of course strip it.
One thing to remember is that when you screw in that screw for the first time, your MAKING the threads!
Since your re assembling, remember to use Loctite (BLUE) everywhere a screw is going into metal.
When assembling my TC3 I first used a pair of allen keys. Then I switched to a coupla DRIVERS.. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! IT was amazing.. Allan drivers are THE BEST!!!
