EE, it's not the colour scheme that makes it look huge, it IS huge. Too big to fit in any of our cars, so Simon has to persuade his boss to let him borrow the company minibus to transport it in. The fus is 84 inches spinner to rudder - you try fitting that in a normal car.

First flight was good, a bit of a non event really. She flew really nicely but the maiden was curtailed by the engine sounding a bit sick (Saito 180 not been run for 9 mths) so Simon brought her in for a precautionary landing after only 3 or 4 circuits for a perfect greaser of a landing, really nice and slow. Then we couldn't resolve the engine problem so called it a day. Next flight will be in two weeks time so we'll let you know how she goes then.

I did get most of the flight on video and once I work out how to download it will let you all see it.

Great model though, and her presence ion the air has to be seen to be believed.

Out of interest how many of you have bought one and are actually building at the moment?
