RE: u-can-do 60
Matt, It is a great place to fly. His dad, who is 73 and an avid flyer of a full scale "Citabria" who thinks nothing of a flyby at about three feet just to wave to us, also has a "Cherokee". My buddy keeps the strip open all winter for a few of us. Its our testing grounds. You would like it.
Lordy, It took "Striker" many air miles to get to that CG. Again, I've got some hours on a couple of these and just got to 5 1/2". Regardless of my familiarity with the UCD, this one, as well, will maiden with suggested throws and CG. Since they came out I built five, one was for a friend. My four came out predictable. His, out of no where, needed the 5 cell battery under the tank to balance. Same model, different plane, go figure.
Roger, the tests are not complete, but I do have a pic of right after we took it off the truck scale. Joe
