I decided not to send the wing back to hanger 9. I cut away some of the ultra coat to view the ribs and glad I did. the ribs are cored out, only the pieces that are left have broken along the grain. three of the ribs are completly hollow. I guess it's a little to late to send it back now. Just have to reinforce the ribs a little.
Any Ideas?
