Default RE: Looking for a new WARBIRD!!! WHAT DO U RECCOMEND?

Rage 59,

Just reading your comment about getting into warbirds, good advice from all above, everybody that has flown warbirds has crashed them and if you are willing to have your heart broken because you spent so many hours in that dark and cold shed putting all of that detail on then by all means have a go. I dont want to sound a smartass here but i think the only way to find out if that is what you want to do then try it. I have been scratch building warbirds for a long time now and have currently built and flown a 1/3 scale of ml407, carolyn graces spitfire my heart was in my mouth when this flew and the bum cheeks got a bit tight as well and this will probably never change because these aircraft are a challenge and require 100% of your attention but on the other hand when you have it at the field people will always trundle over to it and start druelling and will ask that question " how long did it take to build"?. keep smiling.
