Default When to move up?

I am a beginning flier. My first plane was a T-Hawk and it is a wonderful trainer. I flew my first flight successfully and have probabaly 20 flights on it in winds from 5 to 15 knots. Only one crash, that resulted in no damage. I am able to do loops, and have been able to reaquire control when the plane was far away and I was completely disoriented. Landings are no problem. Its a simple plane to get greesers every time.

My question is when should I move up to a next airplane and how large a step shoulld I take? I am going to stay electric. I like arf's but am an accomplished builder from control line days. Fact that's why I left. I could only build one stunter a year. They just got too high tech to stay competative.

So should I do another faster elevator and rudder plane? Or should I step into an aleron and rudder or an aleron, rudder elevator plane with falt wing and dehedral?

Power is not an issue, I can deal with lipos or NiMH.
