hi - what is the point of having two aileron servos? I have a spare servo and was thinking of making a mod to my DPS with dominator wing to include two servos for my ailerons. I have read it gives better control authority but don't really know what this means.
Anyway - to do the mod i was thinking of cutting a hole in the bottom of the wing and installing a plastic/wood backplate inside the wing for the servo mount against. This would mean that the top part of the wing could be left untouched. It would mean I could place the servo in the middle of the wing so that the connector on the aileron was in the middle of the aileron rather than at one end. That has got to be good right?
Will the above idea work and is it worth it?
