stukas' and stuff
I've built the Corsair, the stuka, and the zero.... i have to say that i prefer Nick's construction methods over regular "kit" methods..... the stuka is a fairly straightforward build, with a couple exceptions... 1) the hinges for the flaps and ailerons are kind of odd, but certainly not too difficult, and 2) bending 1/4" music wire is a pain that i will certainly avoid in the future! but overall, it builds fairly easily, and even the bent wing is simple, as the joints are all "squared", with no curve to sheet.... i also built the royal corsair sr back in the late 80's/early 90's, and can say that if you built the corsair, you certainly should be able to do the stuka.... it is bigger, but a lot less complicated.......
