RE: Vibration
I don't think it's possible to get rid of ALL of the vibration. Everything would have to be perfectly straight and true, and each rotating part would have to be balanced to .01 grams, etc etc. By then, you're dealing with engine vibration more than anything.
If the fuel isn't jumping around inside the tank, and the canopy is shaking off the mounts, be happy and go flying.
