I do not know about the original Granville R-2, however, I did talk to Steve Wolf about the colors on the Delmar Benjamin Gee Bee R-2. The red that they used was called "Pop Red". It is actually coca-cola red. PPG lists it in there database. I forget what the white was. I do have the color numbers for both colors from PPG written down at home. Respond if you want them.
