If it's close, don't worry about it. Just try to get the horizontal stab parellel to the wing, and the vertical stab at 90 degrees to the vertical stab and wing. What the fuse looks like in between is mostly cosmetic. You might have shim either the wing or the stab to make this happen, but it would be easier than taking the fuse apart.
