I am haveing trouble getting this engine to run at full throttle. It runs great for the first 3/4 stick but then it either boggs down and or cuts out completly. I just tryed adjusting the needles for the last hour and can get the engine to run at wide open throttle. I also just replumbed the tank and got it back from service about a month ago.

Any help would be great.
