Our congratulations go out to Jim Saiff, Mr. McNeill's most recent appointment. Apparantly Tampa, FL is something special in District V having TWO AVPs assigned in that area. Meanwhile the Atlanta area lost theirs as well as SC and another GA AVP disappeared over the past few months. Florida must really rate, having over half (10/18)AVPs in District V. If Florida is such a great modeling state perhaps we should send a VP from there to Muncie in this fall's election.
