Nova, I don't have any remains from the first batch of UCDs run, but from a newer model I see the mount block is glued to the former that you can see, the one with the holes for the wing dowels. On the other side of the block, inside, out of sight, is another half former that the other side of the block is glued to. There is also tri stock bracing finished with two 1/8" pins that go through the block and the two formers. Is that what you find? I don't know if it was a later improvment or what. Joe
