The cell in your igniter is toast.

You CAN change the cell if you want to save a few bucks on a new igniter. The plastic that wraps the thing can be sliced arounf the top and removed. Then you can get to the cell and replace it.

You'll have to use large shrink wrap or duct tape () to hold it together after.
