RE: USER REVIEW: Enforcer Super G
I too have purchased a super G and had about the same experience as you stated "TILL" and this is my only 2 complaints!!! on about the 4th tank of gas I noticed the exhaust bolts had gotten loose so I tightened them up, ran another tank and low and behold the exhaust was loose again. First my thought was locktite but realized that the temp would be too high for it to hold so I drilled hole in the bolt heads and safety wired the bolts to each other so they can't back out, I thought I had the problem solved??? Next day out I got though 4 tanks and you guessed it the exhaust is loose, not as loose as without the safety wire but loose nonetheless and the safety wire was still there so the bolts didn't back out.. I made a call to tony, didn't have much luck get to talk to him on my 8th try I ask if I could have him call me when he's free and he did later that day, this is my second complainthis basic response was" they all do that" and he went on to tell me that I have to "snug "the bolts every 15 min. or so. WHAT!!!!! the boat runs for 45 min. on one tank so I have to come in 3 times just to snug to exhaust bolts, thats not fun to me, and thats not acceptable to me for a $800 boat. At the moment I have made some brass plugs to go into the exhaust adapter to water cool it, which I feel should take care of the problem, I'll know tomorrow 4/29. I'll let you know what happens. Since WHH knows of this problem I don't know why I'm not getting any help, so much for cust. service. Except for those 2 problems I am pleased with this boat its fast and handles the chop with ease. If anyone has an idea on a fix for the exhaust please let me know. Thats the way i see things THANKS.
