From the specs... I can find no difference in the Futaba S-3001 and the S-3004 except the mounting lugs....

From the Tower Website... I see that the 3004 has a note that it is not recommended for heli use. I also know that the main difference between the 3004 and 3003 is the ball bearing at the output shaft.

I have had 2 Futaba 3003's fail on my heli. (luckilly I was able to bring it down)

I'm just flying an inexpensive Century Hawk, and don't want to stick $300 worth of servos in a $150 heli.[&:] But I also don't want to be replaceing a servo every 3 or 4 flights. (or have one fail and not be able to control where the heli goes...)

Will the 3001's handle the heli's vibration better? If not... which servos SHOULD I put in realizing that this is supposed to be a low end heli?

What are the differences in the 3001 and 3004 aside from the mount lugs?
