Default RE: Reflex XTR help!

4/28: "I installed it and when I double click on the icon it opens the window and freezes. I installed DirectX 9 (it came with it). Anyone know what it could be?"
4/29: I asked you for the dxdiag content and I gave a long explanation of the DX/driver relation. Your reply:
4/29: "I have a GeForce 2 MX400 with 32MB - not that good but runs eveything perfectly" - which is not exactly a very precise answer to my question.
4/29: "It runs every game very smoothly, AFP, GTA3, GTA Vice city.. games that have MUCH higher requirements than Reflex." - again, not the precision I need to provide help.
4/29: I have another hint to the source of problem. What do you do?
4/29: "Every game out there works but Reflex doesnt! How can it be motherboard/bios problems? Is there anything you can think of instead of throwing things?" - Again, no fact to start a proper diagnostics. Instead, this thread turns into a direction I normally don't like. Till now I did EVERYTHING to get any precise information but you did nothing but formulation acusations.
4/29: I repeated my reqest for details.
4/30: As I'm still without details I start thinking about the purpose of the hot air. Some curiosity is growing how one of the very rare XTR full versions shows up in Israel which is not exatly the center of my sales and marketing activities.
4/30: You don't have time to provide the data but you don't have time to wait for a fast solution either. May I draw your attention to the first 2 posts and the time between them? It seemesd rather urgent - at least that's my impression.
4/30: The illegal guess is a very leagal idea considering the facts. What do you do? Threatening your source of solution with bad mouth.
4/30: Asking me for an email. Look at post #4, it's there.
4/30: Just 1 minute, 23 seconds later you tell us that you will return the "game". Besides the fact that it's not a game, it's a preofessional model flight simulator, I'm curious where you want to send it to. As nobody in the US had it when your friend bought it, where do you return it to?

Also, I never asked you to prove that the copy is legal. I was just guessing loud. Did I ever tell you that you WON'T get the information you need?

My grand pa used to tell me: The customer is King. Even if I consider that you are a customer, I'm missing some royal manors. It's obvious, that I had a very precise approach to the source of trouble but I got nothing else than hot air, acusations, rough language and the threat of bad mouth. I don't think this would ever solve the problem you have.

Still I would like to know where you will send it to. Maybe I would share the shipping cost.
