Default Balancing KADET LT-40

How exactly balancing LT-40 is being done?
Whatever I try, the front points down...

I was trying to switch between the battery pack and the receiver, that didn't help as well...

When I was about to move the battery pack to the back of the servos (as the manual suggests) I found out the when I glued the rear support for the fuel tank (using CA thin), some glue got spilled on the antenna - which is now glued to the bottom from the inside... (so now, I can't pull the Rx out from its place under the fuel tank). I wouldn't mind to leave it glued as long as the plain is balanced and ready to fly... (All the servos are working as instructed in the manual).

What can I do?
I was thinking to take it to the field and try to find somebody experienced to give me a hand on this one...

I was planning to go this weekend and have it flying for the 1st time... I still hope I could do that...

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance,
OG
