Slightly off topic pictures.

I am building a couple of Hydeouts for a friend to finance my wood plane. The pics are of bonding balsa skins to stabs. I use a vacuum pump. Works well, but it can be a pain when the bags don't seal well.

That tube thingie is a hole saw I made for punching the wing tube hole. It's bolted to a jig I built last week. I plan to use it for aligning the wings too.
