David, forgot your address of the cowl weight. The reason I mentioned it, is that in the first batch of UCD's, late 2002, everything was quite substantial. In later models, while making some structural improvements to the plane, the quality of the cowl and canopy went down hill. They became lighter and flimsy. On the third canopy you could barely make out the trim line. Also on the third, I had to glass the interior of the cowl due to how thin it was. On this one I ordered a cowl seperatly, and was suprised to see that it matched or exceeded even that of the first batch. Thats why I weighed it. Joe
