Default RE: Need Input new to 3-D

you are on the right track, so what if you don't have a perfect 3d plane setup, starting indoors is a hugh advantage, right away you will be controlling your speed, slow flying on control surfaces - you will progress 10 times faster than a 3d begginer flying outside. don't be afraid to experiment with cg, mixes, setups, learn from others. move your cg rearward as your skill level improves. chip hyde can hover a bathtub with prop on front - it is 90% skill and 10% equipment.
