It will not change pixie-7p setting because you program ecs via channel 3 which connected to pixie-20p .
For Pixie-20P: connect it to channel 3.
1)Follow instruction to get into programming mode.
2)Programming Setting 1 –Cutoff Voltage: 6 volt.
3)Programming Setting 2 –Cutoff Type: soft cutoff.
4)Programming Setting 3 – Throttle Range: Fixed throttle range.

You can do the same for pixie-7p but i1st, it needs to connect channel 3 to program.
