Sigk, After building and sheeting my stabs on my press, I'm going to change it to the arrangement you have with the metal bracing running across the board instead of lengthwise like I have them now, I noticed this morning when I took them out that the ends had slightly bowed, if I had had wings in there the would be warped now, so I learned a lesson the easy way this time instead of the hard way I usually learn them, I did the urethane glue method for the first time also and it worked great.
