I have one built and flown with a DA-100. It weights 24.5 lbs. The only problem I have encountered so far, was the first canopy attachement ripped off the plane in its maiden flight and was completely destroyed. It seems that if you don't seal the rear of the cockpit, it will rip off every time. Great Planes wanted 85 dollars for a replacement canopy, so I found that the Wildhare 330LX canopy is almost an exact replacement, and I got it shipped for less than $30. I also ordered the Hanger 9 Extra canopy and now have two different cockpit designs, a single seater and a double seater. I now have about two gallons of flying time on it. It flat spins great! I can actually hover it in a flat spin!
