Justin,
Sound like you have 2 seperate issues:
1) Tail:
well I can get it to turn on the tail(arm) but my tail is pulsating. it only shoots jolts of power
Did you connect all 3 wires from tail ecs to gyro? Try signal wire only.
2) Main motor:
- Try 2-3 drops of motor oil to J250 to see if that help.
- Make sure main gear not too tight with main motor pinion.
