Upon further investigation it looks like the Delphi Indy is the one for me. It seems to be faster than all the others I had mentioned and after calling their tech support (which sucks by the way) the motor and speed control can handle 7 cell batteries. The guy said I would have problems fitting them in but I have the packs with the cell on the top to the side so I'm hoping they'll fit.

The only thing I don't like is that it only comes in one color (McDonalds red/yellow ) so I'll have to buy a new body for like $21 and paint it a cooler color.
