I have a list of forums I am subscribed to, and use the MyRCU to show only those forums.

However, when I am done reading posts that interest me in a forum, I often use the Mark this Forum Read button to catch-up on all posts.

After I hit that button, the browser takes me to "All groups". Then I have to hit the MyRCU again and again.

I would suggest that when I click Mark this Forum Read, the browser take me to MyRCU if that was where I came from. For others that don't use MyRCU, take them to the main page as is done now.
