I haven't converted from monster nitro's to touring cars, but I have added a TC3 to my collection. It's an entirely different world. Instead of spending hours messing with the mixtures on my nitros, I've found myself trying to tune the suspension and chassis for the best possible setup. It's not as easy as it sounds. I even resorted to reading the manual.

A monster truck, wether nitro or electric, couldn't care less if the toe-in is a little off. My TC3 makes a hard left or right under hard throttle if the slightest adjustment is off. As for racing, those guys know there stuff. I watched their cars handle like they were on rails even on low traction surfaces. I guess it takes awhile to get that kind of knowledge and control. I still can't get my car to control well on even slightly rough surfaces, it is coming around on the track though. Just don't think your getting away from the hours of tinkering just because its an electric on road car, the tinkering just changes...
