For kits there are quite a few available in this size.
Carden Aircraft offers Extras in several sizes http://www.carden-aircraft.com/
AeroTech has Extra 300 as well as the 260 http://www.aerotech-rcmodels.com/
Aeroworks has kits and possibly ARC's
