I don't know if an LA will pull an 11-4. If it does that would be ideal.

An LA .40 will pull an 11X4 just fine, (try a thin TopFlite wood) more so if you take out the baffle inside the muffler, and use 15% nitro.
These engines are not the little weakling a lot of people think they are, I've got one flying my 6 lb. Spacewalker II.
