Rustler sucks, i would never buy anything from traxxas.. Everything they make is for speed only, but it has nothing to sapport the speed..

Only reason this guy isnt braking nothing is because he knows how to control the truck in the air and lands on all 4 every time.. I garentee if he landed on 2 tires or on the nose the truck would have huge damage.. 4 wheel drive is a big benifit for in air handling also.

Just to make the rustler as durable as a stock MT your gonna have to buy like 150orth of titanium parts for it.. And then its gonna be 4 pounds heavier and then your gonna have to buy a more powerfull engine witch your grand total would be around 300$... When you could just buy a mt and get a wasp 18 for 80$ and you would be going 50+ mph.
