It appears to be a HAL HJT-16 Kiran side-by-side jet trainer developed for the Indian Air Force. While the cockpit does appear similar to a Venom, the Venom's front windscreen is squared off at the top. Most of the other "side-by-side" jets like the Provst, and T/A-37 only have a single frame member right in the center of the windscreen
