RE: TRX 2.5R vs. HPI S-25?
If you are looking for a track truck the REVO is gonna be hard to beat. Its tough to say how durable the REVO will be, but everyone knows the Savage is the current leader in bashing. As far as engines go their both pretty straight forward. I dont think the "new" 2.5r has any internal differences than the old 2.5 but the bigger cooling head should help things a bit. There are so many new trucks coming out its a tough decision...all one can do is wait. I think the REVO will rule the track solely from its stellar suspension and light weight. On the other hand if your not a track junky you may enjoy the durability of the Savage. Once again you may want to wait on the rest of the trucks to come out and see how they all pan out.
