I have built and flown both and liked my Mid Star 40 better then the 4*40. It can be a very gentle flier when you want it to be but can hot dog with the best. I put a TT .46 Pro on it and it really scooted but landing was oh so slow! I sure wish I still had mine may it rest in peace, bad Rx battery was its demise![&o]
