How about my other question...
Why can't I kill the motor by closing the throttle all the way ?
I have tried this mechanically also. I have adjusted the screw for the low speed too and even taken it out all the way.
TIA.
I don't know what your 3.2 is like but my 2.4 has a hole in the butterfly that will not allow me to kill the engine. I was tempted to solder this hole over but I opted for a optic fiber kill switch from Electrodynamics, works great. Also for what it is worth I was having all kinds of problems with my 2.4 starting and running right. I sent it twice to Brison (at great costs to me) and they couldn't fix it, in desperation I sent the engine to C & H and they "laughed" at the gap between the sensor and magnet, put one of theirs on and it runs perfect. I have about 150 flights on this engine, out of pocket expense for repairs & upgrades are in the $400.00 range, the frustration is priceless, I got very little help from Brison and will never buy another, sorry but I must VENT on this subject whenever I can.
