Though I havent owned any of these kits yet, my friend is a dealer for vmar. I have looked at several of the kits and the covering is outstanding on them. They seem to be built well (maybe a tad heavy -> If your looking at the chipmonk or the edge 540). I have seen the 540 go and it looks like it flys well, no spectacular 3D plane but it does fly like its on rails and looks super sharp. I have also seen the VMAR stick fly, it seemed to do really well and would be comparable with the tiger stick. P.S. there will be a new one at the field tommarrow (some kind of sport aerobatic trainer ->I will let you know how it flies after flying it.) Hope this helps.
