I use a spare round servo wheel that I attach to the airframe somewhere. Usually, I put it on the tail, close to the trailing edge of the rudder. This gives you a secure attachment point and it's easy to hook up your streamer. Just tie a loop in the end of the streamer line and your good to go. The easier and quicker it is to attach, the better off you will be.
