You need to first set the needle settings back to stock positions on the carb. Then first set the low end mixture. This is done by pinching the line that comes to the carburator from the tank, with the motor fired and ideling. When it is pinched the motor should run 3-5 seconds before the idle revs up. If it revs up faster than 3 second the low end it to lean, and longer than 5 seconds the mixture is too rich. After you have the low end setting/mixture right, tune the top end mixture to tempurature. Somewhere between 220 degrees and 255 degrees will run good, and won't kill the motor.
