Default RE: Electric Tacos

I Whattmetered it at 335 watts. I can't read German, but these are about 90% efficient motors, and figure 10% for a gearbox.

The HL figure of 130 watts on a 11X7 is on 7 cells, which is 2S lipo. It goes up to 207 at 10 cells, roughly 3S voltage..but on a 9.5X 5. You have to run a smaller prop as voltage increases.

Another way to look at it.. I can turn a 12X6 SF faster than they claim to turn an 11X7, they don't specify what 11X7 they are running. I can turn a 12X6 E prop a LOT faster, but it doesn't have the static (3D) thrust like the SF.

Also, they mention 4.6oz for the bare motor. My motor/gearbox/Prop/Prop Adapter/Wiring/ESC weighs less than that.

Not trying to talk you out of the Axi, just not sure what level of performance you are after.
