If you pull the ripcord the flywheel should spin, that's normal. Point is, that the clutch should not be touching the clutchbell, so that eventhough the flywheel spins, the clutchbell won't, and so the wheels won't. Try to remove the melted plastic from the inside of your clutch bell.There should not be any plastic on the clutch bell. If you put the clutch inside the clutchbell, the clutch should not touch the sides of the bell anywhere. The shoes don't look too worn (difficult to see on pics), you can always try the same ones, but shoes like that don't cost alot.
