I thought PBF combat strategy was to prop-wash the other guy out of control. Of course - you have to be in such close proximity that a mid-air is likely anyway. BUT - if you make a short flat-bat fuse & slap a 24 X 24 PBF "wing" on it. Then your components are pretty well protected. To take it one step further - require pull-pul controls on all but the throttle. Then there's another way to disable - that's easy enough to repair. Then it's basically King of the Hill. How different is this from slope combat? As long as you can cut the throttle - or make it fail-safe - with a spring to close the throttle if the push-rod gets cut.
