Default RE: CapX with a 1.60 prop sizing help

ORIGINAL: Iceman30

Well looks like 18-6 is the fav here. I have never flown a cap before, Extras and Funtanas, mustangs and such. I hear that this plane is supposed to not have the tip stalling problems of the regular cap 232...so, how does it fly guys..oh I have 5625's for the surfaces, those should do the job on 6 volt, right? I had them in a funtana little overkill !!

Thanks for any input about the plane or set up.

those servos should be good, I have read that its recommended that you have at least 90oz of torque to properly fly this thing and the 5625 should be ok

here are the specs:

SPECS: Speed: 0.17 sec/60 degrees at 4.8V
Speed: 0.14 sec/60 degrees at 6.0V
Torque: 109.7 oz/in at 4.8V
Torque: 130.53 oz/in at 6.0V
Length: 1.59" (40.6mm)
Width: 0.77" (19.8mm)
Height: 1.48" (37.8mm)
Weight: 2.11oz (60g)
