Default Glennis Aircraft-Customer Service
I know-we gripe about bad customer service all around, but I have a GREAT customer service experience to share about Glennis Aircraft. About 8 years ago I had a set of wheels custom made by Glennis for a Pitts Special. It had 1/4" axels. Fast forward to the present, and now i'm using these same wheels on my H9 SU31, with 3/16" axels. The plastic inserts had become worn and needed to be replaced. I e-mailed Dennis at Glennis Aircraft and asked if the centers could be replaced, he promptly answered my mail-and is sending me 2 inserts for-----F-R-E-E!

Now that's customer service
